A completely portable, self-contained video inspection system that can inspect boreholes up to 330 metres deep and 50cm in diameter.

 

The R-Cam 1000 system combines all the features of a full, professional system with breakthrough affordability. Developed as a cost-effective system for the smaller operator, it delivers real-time inspection footage on-site. Using the R-Cam 1000 allows operators to offer an enhanced and quality service by giving clients the opportunity to view well conditions and approve completed works.

 

This lightweight, smaller size, professional grade camera comes with its own trolley and features include down and side viewing capability, an on-screen depth counter, liquid crystal display, DVD recorder, 12V DC power supply and a portable battery.

Iron oxide residues in groundwater is a growing problem, estimated to affect about 40% of the world’s water bores. Whether caused by naturally occurring bacteria or due to oxidation, the result is an oxide and biofilm that builds up in the pumps and headworks, affecting performance, quality and output.

 

The product can be used without dismantling equipment and will not attack or deteriorate any of the materials inside the system. When dosed correctly Boresaver is biodegradable, breaking down into the completely harmless components carbon dioxide and water. One of its key components occurs naturally in plants and vegetables, making the product environmentally friendly.  

Boresaver Ultra C and Boresaver Liquid are approved by the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI), part of DEFRA, for use in potable water applications.
